You can't just ignore the clues. If you miss a revealed clue, you'll see an Egg (🥚) next to your guess. There are limits on how many Eggs are allowed before the gameplay ends. The Eggs limit is different for each difficulty level. Avoid getting many, or any Eggs, if you wish to show off your guessing skills.

Ravel Game Difficulty Levels

Ravel can be played at five difficulty levels, each in regular or fast play mode. Use Practice Level to get a hang of any topic before you switch to Challenge or Pro level play. Fast mode play is limited to one minute duration for each gameplay.

Level 1 - Practice Level
Warm up your guessing skills with Practice Level - you can make up to 10 clue errors (The Eggs) for a max score of 10 points.
Level 2 - Challenge Level
Switch to Challenge Level for a max score of 100 points. You are allowed up to 7 clue errors (The Eggs).
Level 3 - Precision Level
Try a Precision Level play for 200 points. You are allowed only 3 clue errors (The Eggs).
Level 4 - Pro Level
Try the Pro Level for a challenging gameplay. Score up to 500 points but the game ends as soon as you make more than one mistake.
Level 5 - Superpro Level
Try the Superpro Level for the most challenging gameplay. Score up to 1000 points. The gameplay ends as soon as you make any error (the Egg).

Ravel is a clue-based name guessing game. Each guess you make reveals some clues. Use these clues for eliminations and deduction to narrow down to possible answer.

How Ravel Match Clues Work

A green letter is correct letter.
A blue letter is alphabetically lower than the actual letter.
A red letter is alphabetically higher than the actual letter.
An Egg means a previously revealed clue was missed.
A green equal sign (=) indicates this attribute matched.
A red not-equal sign (≠) indicates this attribute didn't match.

🥚 The Egg indicates you missed a previous clue. It could be a color clue about the name and/or a match clue about an attribute that you missed. Practice Level allows 7 Eggs during a gameplay while Challenge Level allows 5 Eggs. Superpro Level doesnt allow any Eggs in a gameplay.

Is there a daily Ravel challenge?

Yes. You can play Daily Ravel on one or more topics. All Ravel game topics are available to play as a daily challenge. With the daily challenge, everyone gets the same Name to guess (for the selected topic). You get maximum of seven attempts to crack the hidden name. Match clues are revealed with each guess. You can earn up to 100 points for each daily play.
